Student Worksheet #1

Activity: Over the next few days, observe yourself and list examples of the attributes that you find. Create more categories or types of attributes if you wish. There are some examples listed to help you get started, but do not limit yourself to the examples. Be creative and be thoughtful.

  1. Identifying Characteristics (height, hair color, eyes, etc.)
  2. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (communication skills, computer, plumbing)
  3. Goals –write at least 10 of these (50 or more would be great)
  4. Beliefs, Values, and Principles (we create our own reality, life is meant to be fun, people do the best they can)
  5. Personal History (family, family traditions, birthplace, travel, etc.)
  6. Community Interaction (clubs/service/church)
  7. Personality quirks and Foibles (can be both strengths and liabilities – worry, interrupt, random, self – centered)
  8. Social Interaction (family/friends)
